Jaarbeurs/VNU Exhibitions has named Heiko M. Stutzinger as its new managing director for the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr Stutzinger will be responsible for setting the strategic direction as well as defining the growth strategy of VNU in the region. He will start Feb 1 and be based in Bangkok.

Most recently, he served as deputy general manager of Messe Düsseldorf Shanghai.
