Clear Water, a Dosatron repair outlet, now offers fast service for domestic and regional customers.

Customers can send all models of Dosatron pumps to Clear Water’s office in Bangkok for testing and repair. All work is covered by a three-month warranty.
The technical team will inspect the pump, diagnose the problem, and issue a repair cost estimate to the customer within 24 hours.
Clear Water maintains a large spare parts inventory so it can provide prompt service and return the pump in good working order to the customer as fast as possible, typically no more than a few days.
In case of unusual wear or severe damage, the technical team will suggest solutions. If pumps are beyond repair, new replacements that meet customer
needs are available at a special price.
